The Dublin Epee is an individual open epee competition, with mens and womens events. It is an Irish Fencing Federation ranking tournament in Tier B (weighted at 100%). There will be one round of poules followed by direct elimination; depending on entries.

This competition is preceded by the Trinity Team Foil on Saturday, 4 February 2012. We encourage you to participate in both competitions. Any fencer who participates in the Trinity Team Foil will be entitled to a discount of five euros off the entry fee for the Dublin Epee.

The entry fee for the Dublin Epee may be paid on the day of the competition. Late entries will be accepted at the discretion of the organisers only and are subject to a surcharge of 10 euros per individual. IFF or national federation licences are required. Full fencing attire must be worn, consisting of, at minimum, 350N jackets and breeches, 350N masks and 800N plastrons. The organisers reserve the right to exclude any fencer whose equipment they regard as unsatisfactory.
