The Trinity Cup is a six weapon team event where each team consists of one fencer from each weapon (Men's and Ladies' Foil, Epee and Sabre). At the start of each match the weapon order is drawn at random. The match then takes the form of a relay match to 30 points.
The entry fee may be paid on the day of the competition. Late entries will be accepted at the discretion of the organisers only and are subject to a
surcharge of 10 euros per team. Full fencing attire must be worn, consisting of, at minimum, 350N jackets and breeches, 350N masks and 800N plastrons. The organisers reserve the right to exclude any fencer whose equipment they regard as unsatisfactory.
